One Week Countdown

One week from today, I’ll be having surgery!

There’s no medical news to share different than the usual.

I thought it would be appropriate to share this poem I wrote (and have already shared on Facebook) for anyone who is facing looming doors in their life that they would rather not go through.

Whether it’s a significant life change, surgery and recovery, or grief, death, or even a positive challenge that seems a little daunting, the only way is forward.

It’s okay to go afraid, but onward we go!
